Refund policy

At Supreme Kesri Tea, we are committed to delivering high-quality tea products to our customers. As our products fall under the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) category and are consumable in nature, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Returns

Due to the consumable nature of tea products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The package was tampered with during transit

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • An unboxing video or clear photographs showing the issue may be required

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Confirmed damage during delivery
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item shipped

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (if applicable), we may request bank details for processing the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal taste preferences (e.g., taste, aroma, strength not as expected)
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Tea is a natural product and taste may vary slightly based on harvest and batch; such variations do not qualify for refunds.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
